When opposing counsel chooses another court reporter, I often wish that they had avoided the wasted expense and many errors by calling Bentley-Robinson.
Many of our depositions involve highly technical matters, and the Bentley-Robinson reporters make the effort to learn the technical language before publishing the transcript. Some other agencies’ reporters are content with phonetically correct but nonsensical transcripts; not Bentley-Robinson. They take the time to ask questions at the outset so that we receive an accurate transcript in the end. It is a small detail that makes their work product so much more helpful.
